According to Eurochild statutes:
The management board has administration and management powers, under the mandate of the General Assembly. The board has the power to create groups and committes of members of Eurochild.
The association is managed by a management board made of a minimum of three members from different countries. The President, Secretary, Treasurer and other members are elected by the General Assembly for a three-years mandate, with the possibility of being re-elected for another three-year term.
The election of the new management board took place during the General Assembly of 19 May 2005, in Brussels. At the General Assembly of 19 June 2008 members approved a resolution to elect an aditional board member and elected new members.

- Ms Ninetta Kazantzis, Pancyprian Coordinating Committee for the Protection and Welfare of Children, Chypre, Tresurer ;
- Ms Ulrike Wisser, Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Jugend-hilfe, Allemagne, Member
- Ms. Marie Gustafsson, Örebro Regional Development Council in Sweden, Member
- Ms. Maria Herczog, Family, Child Youth Association, Hungary, Member
