Projects

Eurochild is also involved in running and co-ordinating projects and campaigns. At the moment we are involved with the "Speak Up!" project on children's rights.

European Years

For some time now, the European Union announces a specific theme to a year.

2010 was the European Year combating Poverty and Social Exclusion where Eurochild ran its endchildpoverty.eu campaign.

2011 was the European Year of Volunteering

2012 is the European Year for Intergenerational Solidarity.Eurochild is member of the NGO Coalition of this year.

Campaigns

Eurochild's latest campaign was during the European Year 2010: End Child Poverty Now! We collected 14.000 petition signatures demanding from Europe's politicians to stop child poverty. Find out more at www.endchildpoverty.eu

Day of the Girl: Eurochild is part of the campaign of the MEP Declaration in support of an International Day of the Girl
