Eurochild input on FRA's mapping of EU child protection systems

Eurochild President Maria Herczog presented our feedback at a FRA consultation meeting in Vienna

The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) conducted a research on national child protection systems in the 28 European Union (EU) Member States. Maps and tables presented show the scope, structures, actors and functions of the EU Member States’ child protection systems and how they aim to meet the diverse needs of different groups of children.

Following a call to Eurochild members to send their comments, we prepared feedback to FRA's mapping. Our inputs were presented at a consultation meeting of the FRA in Vienna on 3-4 March. Maria Herczog, Eurochild President and Member of the UN Committee of the Rights of the Child presented Eurochild's feedback at this expert meeting.
